Nachos were an amazing ingenious accident. The Huffington Post has an article explaining more details. Essentially, a man who owned a restaurant in Mexico, threw together what he had in his kitchen for America tourists. The chef was missing and he did not want to turn down business so naturally, throw everything together and call it Nachos!
